The features designed to help you improve, monitor, and protect your credit score, including ReportWatch™, InquiryAssist™, and monthly credit score improvement analyses. The dispute process begins the same day you identify questionable negative items on your credit reports using the Dispute Valet, our exclusive dispute management system. Copies of your credit reports are required.
         YOUR credit RIGHTS
Getting the facts straight about credit repair can be a daunting task. Misinformation abounds which encourages consumers to feel as if they're stuck with poor credit even though affirmative legal steps can provide relief. Understanding your consumer rights is the first step toward improving your credit rating.

Your most important asset, your credit. These rights have been granted by the UNITED STATES CONGRESS, because it recognizes the importance of your good credit.

It is our mission to ensure that only good, verifiable, factual information appears on your credit report, even if you have made a mistake.

No matter what type of negative and damaging information is on your credit report, whether bankruptcy, charge-offs, late payments or anything in between we will challenge it according to the law. We have developed the most effective and appropriate legal strategies to remove negative items from your credit report.
How to Remove Charge Offs from Your Credit Report
The parties responsible for your credit history are actually private companies not associated with the federal government. These companies (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) are charged with reporting accurate information about your credit history to potential lenders, insurance companies, employers, etc. Generally speaking, if the credit bureaus indicate that you have some negative credit history, they must be able to verify that information. Additionally, there are limitations on how long they are allowed to report negative information.
